Emily Endieveri

Of Counsel

Ms. Endieveri began her professional journey when she graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and worked for three years at an inpatient psychiatric hospital, gaining maturity, professionalism, and experience working with a diverse array of patients. Ms. Endieveri attended Marquette University Law School (MULS) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, from 2016 to 2019. During her tenure at MULS, she clerked for the Honorable Nancy Joseph, Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She also enhanced her litigation experience by advocating, under the Student Practice Rule, as an intern with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and at the Waukesha Public Defender’s Office. In May 2019, Ms. Endieveri graduated and was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar.

In 2018, Ms. Endieveri was professionally selected as part of the Student Program, as an accession into the United States Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC) and commissioned that same year. Ms. Endieveri served on Active Duty for over six years in various litigation assignments. It was through those tours that she gained invaluable experience serving twice in Norfolk, Virginia, the largest fleet concentrated area in the Navy, and in Guam. Ms. Endieveri honed her knowledge of the Military Justice System by serving as a prosecutor from 2020 to 2022, and as a Defense Counsel from 2023 to 2025. She zealously defended Sailors, Marines, and Coastguardsmen accused of various offenses, including, but not limited to, sexual assault, drug offenses, sexual harassment, domestic violence, physical assault, and violations of military orders. Ms. Endieveri successfully secured positive outcomes for her clients in both Courts-Martial and Administrative proceedings. She also served as a Victims’ Legal Counsel, representing victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Ms. Endieveri advocated for victims in a legal system that typically has not recognized the victim’s right to be heard. Ms. Endieveri continues to be committed to representing overseas Servicemembers with passion, dedication, and skill.

Currently, Ms. Endieveri is a member of the Wisconsin Bar and is certified to practice in the military courts across all services.
